Wow! I can't believe I haven't tried this Indian restaurant earlier! The food here is amazing! The goat kheema dosa was very hearty, seasoned well, and so delicious! It's definitely big enough to share as an appetizer or if you want to eat as your main entree. I also got the nilgiri korma curry with goat, which was superb. The curry was rich, with many chunks of goat. There were, however, a good portion of bones, which definitely added to the flavor of the curry but also took away from the eating experience (since you don't want to accidentally bite down on a bone when eating a mouthful of the curry). The curry comes with a side of rice, but I'd recommend getting some naan to accompany it too. Garlic naan is of course a must! I will definitely return and try their other menu items! It's the best Indian spot I've been to here in SA thus far.

Great service. Greeted right away and water brought to the table. Menu has a lot of choices. Vegetarian and non vegetarian choices were plentiful. The flavor of the food was fantastic. The samosas, the biriani, the curry, and the naan were all great. I noticed a lot of Indian families coming here for dinner which speaks to the authenticity of the food. I will definitely return.

Amazing delicious Indian food with nice ambience. My fiancé and I came here and ordered the masala papad (so good we forgot to take a picture), veg Manchurian appetizer, paneer tikka masala and garlic naan. Everything came out in a timely manner and tasted great. Service could use some improvement but otherwise will definitely be back!

Everything I've had so far is fantastic. My favorite Indian restaurant in town. The restaurant itself is comfortable and modern. But I came here for the food: Service Excellent. Prompt. Friendly. Staff take pride in their work. Food Both goat curries are great. The dosas are fantastic. Desserts are delicious and not overly sweet. Going to try every dish on the menu.

We randomly stopped in here for lunch. It's in a strip mall but cutely decorated. The service was attentive. We ordered the masala momo which was pretty tasty. We also got the garlic naan and the goat Nihari. We were so full when we left.

This is a newer restaurant that has great Indian food that is authentic. Beware it's got real spice and flavor! You can tell by the clientele here, it's the real deal. We had the corn (highly recommend) and chicken 65 for appetizers, both got cleaned out. Chicken tikka masala was great, biryani was what you'd expect from a Hyderabadi place, fantastic. The veg stir fry noodles were perfect, very difficult to find this in this city it's a classic take on a indochinese dish very popular in India. Mango lassi was also the best I've had in the city. It was the classic flavor, not too sweet or other added flavors. Ambiance was good, decorated with flowers and clean. Service was fast and they were very helpful and quick to respond to any need. Best part was food came out quick. Highly recommend this place!

Good and will return. This new place is doing things right. Cuisine: Taste is authentic with sizable Portions and Presented nicely on plates or in metal bowls. Quality ingredients are fresh and seasoned well. Spicy is the middle name and food here is spicy, some hot enough to make you sweat but you can ask to have it toned down. Service: Friendly staff greeted us as we came in telling us we could sit anywhere. They came to our table in seconds providing bottled water and menus. They were Attentive and asked if we had any questions about the food, and being clueless white folks not knowing a lick of the Indian language except for naan, we did ask. Staff is knowledgeable and the menu variety is better than average. Ambiance: Cool art work all around. It was Clean with modern Decor and adequate Lighting. Good Value: Pricing was affordable and we took leftovers home too. Fed 4 people tipping 15% for a total of $93. Other: My Indian friend said Matka means "earthen bowl." Share and impress your friends.

Firstly, kudos on the impressive renovations - the ambiance is undeniably clean and inviting. However, may I suggest a switch-up with the napkins? They seem to have a mind of their own, preferring the floor over our laps during mealtime antics! Although I've only visited twice, I'm inclined to give you a nudge towards a 4-star rating, purely as an encouragement for your commendable efforts. It's evident that you're actively seeking feedback, a trait often overlooked in the restaurant biz. Bonus points for that! Now, onto the culinary escapades! The Nalakaram chicken deserves a standing ovation; it's been the highlight of my appetizer adventures lately. Though, I must confess, the spice level seemed to have a mood swing between visits - perhaps a gentle reminder to crank up the heat next time? Karvepakku paneer had potential, but alas, the flavors were playing hard to get. Maybe a bit more mingling before showtime could do the trick? Spicy matka corn chat, oh how it reminds me of my biryani pot escapades! A definite winner in my book. As for the biryanis, they're on the cusp of greatness, but the salan and raita need a pep talk. The chicken fry biryani left me longing for more, and the gongura biryani had a surprise bone in every bite - talk about a game of culinary hide-and-seek! Matka apricot delight had me singing praises, especially in its to-go cup form. Who knew convenience could taste so divine? Rabadi with gulab jamun - a bit heavy on the sugar rush, but still a sweet ending to any meal. Masala fried tandoori momos were...well, let's just say they left me sniffing for more flavor. But that tomato sauce, oh la la! Bombay fried rice transported me straight to the streets of India, and that's the highest praise I can give! Manchow soup, spicy matka naan, and matka butter naan - a trio of delights! The veg kadai and Gongura paneer were decent, while Majestic paneer could use a bit more...majesty, perhaps? Tender coconut soufflé was a dreamy delight, and Tawa shrimp, well, it's still searching for its flavor passport. At just 50 cents a pop, the water bottles are a steal, and the pricing overall is fair game. Here's to hoping every visit brings even more culinary joy and success your way! Cheers to your culinary conquests.
